This is a 4 ply, light weight yarn that is a 100% linen and unlike many other sources of linen it already has a soft but firm hand. This material is very versatile and resilient and softens beautifully with each trip through the washing machine. Skein size is 50 grams and contains 137 yards per skein. Weight is lightweight which can be considered either DK or light worsted.
